Dr. H is very knowledgable and experienced in medicine. If you are aware of your body and understand the process of providing details to your symptoms, the doctor will take the time to research right there with you, he will take his time. This is very important for me. I need to trust my doctor, this doesn't happen on your first visit. I've stayed with him because he is compassionate and I truly feel he helped to save my life. I am very grateful to have this doctor during the most needed time. I now live a better quality of life because I followed the medications and I trusted the process.

Did not leave a great first impression
I visited twice; the first time he asked me a bunch of questions then prescribed me three medications. The medications did not help, as someone with concern for my liver I thought this was extravagant. Upon leaving the receptionist warmed me appointments wouldn't always be like this; I did not understand what she meant until my second visit. I waited almost THREE HOURS to speak with the Dr's understudy, Dr Chionuma did not make time for me even though I was scheduled to meet with him. This appointment was just a quick conversation that led to my being referred to a specialist. After my second visit I am going to look for another doctor. I wanted to like him since he's close to home but I could drive an hour and have quicker visits with another doctor.

This Doctor is so very knowledgeable! Yes, he can be disorganized and tardy but he does care a great deal and he is smart as heck and he remembers his patients. I can see why you thought he was arrogant but he is not.

First of all, the only reason I came to this clinic is because I don't have a health insurance, so it was my only choice. This "Dr" must be one of the most arrogant doctors I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He has zero manners. No "hello" or "have a good day" to greet his patients. It's been three weeks since my appointment and he STILL hasn't called in my prescription which I need to take daily. I will never return to this clinic. No one deserves to be treated that way.
