Dr. Henry Henczel, DPM

Tore my lateral plantar fasciitis playing Pickle Ball. Dr. Henczel reviewed the MRI's and the radiologist's report and then reviewed the finding and his medical recommendations with me. Excellent description of the damage, treatment and expected long term outcome. He even reviewed the actual images with me on his computer showing exactly where the damage was and the surrounding inflammation. Recommended specific shoes to provide the best support and stiffness, answered all my questions completely and even provided advice on a toenail issue which was not part of the appointment. He was prompt, curious, unrushed, and spent all the time I needed to carefully answering my questions. Would recommend him to others.

First, I waited one hour past my appointment time to be seen. The guy was an arrogant jerk and not helpful at all. He was upset because I refused an x-ray for a tendonitis. He even admitted an x-ray would not diagnosing tendonitis. He basically had no good suggestions I suggested a walking boot which I was already using and he said oh yeah that's a good idea. I will recommend some physical therapy. Thanks but no thanks I'll look it up myself on YouTube. The guy was useless.
