Dr. Holets is great. Staff horrible.
Doctor Holets listens & addresses issues. Normally I wouldn't say anything if I couldn't say something nice but I have been in healthcare for over 32 years & this is above & beyond uncalled for. I would NOT recommend anyone in that office except for Dr. Holets & it seems like he is being overrun by the rest of the unprofessional people in this office. The office staff is extremely RUDE & uncaring. They need to realize they are working with peoples lives & someone's parents or brother or sister & their health is at stake. If they can't be nice then need to switch to another job. They need to treat people like they are someone in their own family that is in need of help from a doctor & try to be understanding and treat them nice because patients are the reason they have a job. A doctor's office is suppose to be a safe place to go not somewhere you fear to go to or are harassed or ambushed with rudeness when you are sick and suffering. Would not recommend Hricova either

His unreliable and you cannot trust him. His the one who informed my husband that he set up an appointment for him on Friday to remove a cyst but when we arrived to his office no one knows the reason for our visit. The new nurse especially the new doctor is not aware of my husband's condition. This doctor did not bother to write a complete notes the reason for our visit or at least inform his new doctor about the procedure. Of course Holets is not around on Friday. We just waste our time! thanks for nothing. Incompetent doctor.
