Wonderful doctor. He always takes time to listen to my medical concerns. The staff are very helpful & friendly. I've been going to Dr.Kong about 10 yrs.

Completely dismisses the patient when they're explaining serious conditions. Seems as though he does not want to be bothered. Coming from a future nurse, his way of practicing is very disheartening. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend him to any other individual. I'm sorry to even have to write such things.

Poor bedside manner. Even when I didn’t think he was a bad doctor, he still talks down to patients. He has no issue making comments that a specialist should make, not a GP. In our case we sought out a specialist and he stated a completely different secenerio. I usually do not leave reviews but I felt it was my duty since he made my father feel like he was going to die, then we sought out a specialist, And my father is alive and thriving to this day. Find another doctor. He is not good.

Dr. Kong is the most compassionate doctor I have ever encountered. He is quite young, but very intelligent. He can be silly at times, but very professional when it comes to treating his patients. His staff is very friendly. I haven't been back in the office for about 3 years since my parents passed, but I remembered the office manager Jindy and her associate Regina made everything run smoothly and efficient. The office assistant, Jose was very helpful also.

Dr. Kong's back is to you the entire time while he is more interested in entering information about you or the previous patient into his computer and handheld one. He will make a premature diagnosis sometimes leaving you with devastating news or treatment expected without results of testing. His staff will make many errors with medication ordering! The only plus with seeing him is the convenience of location and you can always just walk in without an appointment.
