Dr. Henry Leguyader, MD

No visit, rude staff while attempting to Re-establish care. Diana (office manager) and other office staff spend more time talking than listening to me as a patient. I was transferred to the manager because the incompetent office staff wanted to tell me that I am under the care of another GI specialist when I am not. I was referred to the office by another excellent provider. I am eagerly awaiting to share that experience. I heard horrible things about office but now I can say the Negative reviews are accurate. No kindness or interaction with dignity during call. I was transferred without even being informed of the Receptionist intent to transfer me to the manager. All staff are Looking for reasons to deny patients service by stating that they are not accepting transfer patients or NEW patients. I am NOT either. I was last seen by the practice in 2008. With the exception of a procedure, in 2019 . I was encouraged to reestablish care with Dr. Leguyder due to my current circumstances.

He’s the only dr I can trust and put my life in his hands

Terrible. Awful. Dangerous. If I could rate this experience lower than zero I would. The doctor in his office staff ignored a serious problem that a family member was having. We were told repeatedly just to wait until the appointment that was scheduled 3 to 4 months out. Turns out that this situation required immediate and complicated surgery. If you are concerned about your health, do yourself a favor and do not use this doctor

Is it normal to wait 3 months for a appointment with Dr. Leguyader? I been a patient of his since 2011 and still need to wait 3 months.

He's the best Dr

Dr Leguyader, got to the bottom of my eating problems. My esophagus had shrunk, to the point of eating only a soft diet. I had acid reflux for years and lived on OTC pills. Today, I am able to eat normally again. Thank you Dr. Leguyader and your staff!!!

I wish all physicians were as caring and compassionate as Dr. Leguyader. He spends as much time as necessary with me when I need it, he truly listens to my questions and concerns and answers me in terms I can understand. He is very thorough and you know he will get to the heart of whatever issue you are having. He is truly one of the best doctors I've ever been to and feel very fortunate to have him as my GI!

Dr Leguyader is a great caring Doctor. He has always been friendly and always very thorough. I would highly recommend him. Dr Leguyader always takes his time and always does what is needed to get to the bottom of any problems you are having. We trust Dr. Leguyader to always be honest and axplain things so we can understand.
