Horrible experience
Dr. Merola himself is fine, but the staff at the practice and Stewards Medical Group are incredibly unprofessional. They entered the wrong code for my medical bills, and despite my two months of follow-up, they did nothing to rectify the situation, resulting in a delinquent notice for my bill. It's evident they have little regard for their patients. I strongly advise against going there; sooner or later, you'll regret it.

He saw me with no appointment when office had already closed. Took care of my problem and explained everything. Great experience and would go back. Really nice guy besides being a good Doc.

Nice knowledgeable Doc. Front desk receptionist speaks spanish too, seemed to really help out some patients. Didn't wait to long 15-20 minutes. overall good experience. Would go back.
