Tried again to make an appointment with Dr. Ngo. The person I spoke with stated I saw a doctor I have never heard of so he won't accept me. I feel I should know whom I have or have not seen.

If I could rate this group a negative I would. My husband was in the hospital last week when his defibrillator shocked him. We waited all day for the to be released. Finally, we were told that doctor refused to see him because we hadn’t been in the office in a year which was not true. The next week my father in law was in the ER for the third time that week for elevated glucose levels due to brain cancer treatments. They received the same message My father in law was in the office that week!

I would recommend dr gno to everyone I know, he is compassionate, attentive, concerned about his patients needs and concerns, he is thorough with tests : labs, referrals, consistent with follow up appointments, explains the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, and diet. has a comforting personality not only to his patients but with the family as well, answers all your questions in a way that the non doctor (patient and family ) understands. Dr gno takes excellent care of my husband. pat lupo
