Dr. Herbert Casalena, DDS

I'd give zero stars if I could, which is a shame, because I actually love going to the dentist. But Dr. Casalena is clearly an ignorant unprofessional old man, and I could not in good consciousness recommend him to anyone. He was horribly rude and condescending. It was some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen. Perhaps he was raised in an era where it was acceptable to speak to grown educated women like they are your child? Regardless, I've got no time for that inappropriate nonsense. I walked out of his office without even getting any work done. I'll be going to another dentist moving forward.

Thorough diagnostic approach. Very courteous staff. Would recommend.

Had an emergency root canal. I’m a diabetic. He gave me no pain meds and no antibiotics. Told me to call if emergency. The old guy doesn’t have an answering service. Worst experience ever

NEVER VISIT THIS DENTIST....THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...BEWARE!!!!!!!

I would never recommend Dr. Casalena. After going to him for years (I always thought he was ok but I have good teeth and never really needed anything done) I came down with an awful tooth pain. Come to find out I need to see a periodontist and may loose at least one tooth due to gum disease. I always assumed that if you visited the dentist regularly it was his job to look out for this type of issue. I find him completely incompetent!
