Dr. Orenstein has been a god-send! I was suffering anxiety & depression to a point that I was not functional. It took every ounce of effort to even pick up the phone to make appts. After speaking with Marla (ofc mgr), I knew things would change for the better. She spent quality time explaining their process, and got me in quickly to see Dr. Orenstein who has changed my life like no other Dr has ever done with his unique way of managing medications. AMAZING DR...I LITERALLY TRUST HIM W/ MY LIFE!

The staff incorrectly sent me a text stating I had an apt. Confused I called the number to see If I was forgetting that I made an apt with this provider or my wife did since I am the primary insurance holder and I often get the reminders. I asked what the provider's practice was and Marla stated she couldn't give patient info to me. I tried to explain that knowing what the dr practice patient information and she hung up. Very rude and unprofessional for NO reason and at. They contacted me.

Dr. Orenstein is an incredible psychopharmocologist. He listens closely to my issues and reviews my current medications, then advises me of a treatment plan. He follows up with me even if I forget to contact him...I never met a Dr. who is so sincerely caring of my needs. His best attributes is his patient care, knowledge of medications and going beyond the usual to get me stabilized. He is a great Dr. nd so is his office assistant who helps with scheduling, insurance and reminder calls. Thank U!
