I am more than happy with Dr. Hasselkus. He's an excellent PCP. He takes a lot of time with patients, explains things, and is OPEN to patients presenting him with questions about new treatments/medications, etc.

He rushed us out. He didn't take the time to ask questions or figure out what the health problem was. My hands were swollen and had extreme joint pain. He drew blood and did urine test, that was the best he could do.What is he checking for with these tests? He didn't bother to ask further questions. This place is like a mill, they rush people in, charge them and rush them out. Doctor simply gets the money and rushes people out.

Dr. Hasselkus and his staff were friendly and accomodating. It was easy to get an appointment with short notice. Dr Hasselkus took the time to listen to me and ask good questions that helped him diagnose my illness. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I am definetely coming back and I highly recommend him and his staff.

Doctor did not communicate with me at all. I went in for one prescription, received another with no explanation. I was left waiting for 45 minutes to be seen, only to have the doctor leave again quickly and send an MA to poorly communicate his changes to my care. I also was asked for a urine sample with no explanation, and told to return for blood work, again with no explanation. Will not return to this practice. Very frustrating experience with unprofessional people.

Rude, unethical, cruel , and had no sympathy. This doctor could care less about your health . He should not be a doctor whatsoever. He is good at power trips and acting superior. I would never recommend this doctor or this office to anybody !!

He is so warm and welcoming. After three visits, it's almost like seeing a friend (who just happens to be a doctor!). Dr H's staff is also very caring and professional. Even when the office is super busy, they still take their time, listen to what I have to say, and answer my questions! Dr. H. is the best and nicest doctor I have ever had.
