This doctor works at Concentra Urgent Care in New Orleans. This location closes at 5:00 and my co-worker had fallen (visiting for an HR convention) and we showed up at 4:35( 1 patient waiting). This doctor would not see her. I am an HR mgr for a medical practice in CT. Unacceptable, no compassion and obviously doesn't care. We will be contacting the Director of Operations and ensuring this doesn't happen to another individual. This doctor should have an ethics course!
