True statement
I submitted a statement on this doctor. I was his caregiver and took him to his office visits. We lived with each other. This has affected my health. He misdiagnosed my love. I do not recommend Dr Battad. He kept saying nothing was there and there was. I would not trust what he says.

I appreciate that Dr. Battad was reluctant to do invasive procedures on my father in law, considering quality of life and the potential risks over and above any attempt to "fix" the problem.
What went well
  • Listened & answered questions
  • Explained conditions well
  • Appointment wasn't rushed
  • Trusted the provider's decisions

I would not recommend him to anyone. He misdiagnosed my dad 3 and half years ago. Doctor battad said my dad had pneumonia, he did not, he had lung cancer. If my dad had been properly diagnosed in July of 2012, maybe it would have been stage 3 , we found out in October of 2012 he had stage 4 lung cancer. We took him to saint Thomas, for all of his treatment. He passed away this January.
