Doesn't want to do her job
I started seeing Dr Metcalf when I first moved back to the area. Went to talk about my multiple back issues, degenerative disc disease, bone spurs etc. She told me to sit on a heating pad because that's what her husband does. I asked her if she had looked at my file, she said no it was too big! And that is just one example out of several why I quit seeing her. I would never recommend anyone to see her for anything

I am extremely happy with Dr. Metcalf as my primary doctor. She is very caring and friendly. And I feel like she really listens to me and takes my concerns seriously. What I really appreciate is that she never acts rushed or distracted and always gives me her full attention. I recently went through an issue with my health and had to see her a few times pretty close together. I was pleased with how she handled things (the tests ordered, referral, etc.) and feel I can trust her completely..
