I loved her! She was super nice and informative. I’m going to need surgery at 32 years old and she eased my mind about what was going to happen and made me feel super comfortable about everything. Her nurse staff was nice. And she seemed very well educated in the colorectal field. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

First- the office staff messed up my appointment time. I was left in the waiting room for 2 hours. Dr. McCarthy came in and diagnosed me with an "embarrassing" condition and had not tact when she dropped the bomb on me either. She did no testing to support her diagnosis. She also provided no treatment for my condition. I was forced to seek proper treatment and proper diagnosis from another doctor in a real professional manner. Very disappointed by the entire experience and situation.
