I have had good experiences with Dr. K until my visit in November 2024. I was visiting the woodstock office for a preventative care physical as i had no issues but just wanted to check in. During my visit i voiced one concern and was charged for an additional office visit and lab work that our insurance will not pay for. Not just one test but over 10 labs that will not be covered. I know this was intentional as i have worked in dr offices in the past and they know exactly how they code. I have tried to reach out to the office many times via phone, mychart, messages, insurance calling and the office has avoided communication on this issue. I am very disappointed by this experience and have referred many families to this office in the past but will not refer any one in the future.

worts doctors team ever
This is the worst place I ever visited. Since the first day, I got there 30 minutes before my appointment as they asked, but they didn't call me until almost 1 hour later, Dr. Kadyala barely looked at me, she was with me for like 5 minutes. I had to do some blood tests for an insurance form, and the first person who had to do my blood work poked me 7 times in different places and then asked me to go back the day after cause she could not do it, I went the day after and was finally able to finish my blood work. Now they just had to send the paperwork to the insurance, which they didn't. They ignored all my messages in my chart and calls, and the front desk said they couldn't do anything to help. Do yourself a favor and run away from this place and from Dr kadyala team.

I have been with Dr Kadiyala for years now. She always listens to my concerns. I usually have a list of questions. She will review my chart records and explain thoroughly. She was a blessing when I had my stroke and explained everything well. She has always been right on with my diagnosis. I highly recommend her. She is always kind and respectful. I trust her with my medical concerns.

I read some of the comments and thought, "who are they talking about?" Doctor Kadiyala listens like a diagnostician. She takes my input and her medical training and comes up with a protocol. She responds to every message on the portal and follows up with the care I receive from specialists. I really like her no-nonsense manner and straight-shooting approach to informing me. It took years, but I feel like I finally have a doctor who works "with" me on my healthcare. Doctor Kadiyala's a rare find in today's head tapping, numbers in-numbers out style medical. She's tuned in and present.

She does not listen to you; no matter what you say it doesn't process because she's working on her next thought. For example, she prescribed something & the prescription was not available for 3 days and my appointment was 5 days later (I was told not to cancel due to late script); she said well, you've been taking this for 5 days - no the script was late I only took it for 3. She counted the days as if I was a child and repeated herself. Then I told her no again & counted the days from the date it was filled - she still ignored me. I have a thyroid issue (which is my main reason for going) and if the numbers go up she's unconcerned and is slow to react to test results, lets wait and see.....No, sorry time for a new doctor. They also do not call in prescriptions to express scripts as they should and really mess that process up.

The doctor was very nice but they got my prescriptions called in wrong. One was called in as a generic and it was not supposed to be...the other was supposed to be times relief capsules and they called in tablets. The pharmacy called them to ask them to correct it and they called in the wrong one AGAIN! I had to call on the after hours number as I needed the meds the next am. The on-call doctor called me back and said harshly, "Thanks for calling on the emergency number!!" So RUDE!

First time seeing Dr. Kadiyala for headaches. She said it sounded like tension headaches and prescribed me Fioricet, which I now know to be an addictive last resort for treating headaches. She told me it was acetaminophen, caffeine and "another drug", and the three worked together. Little did I know the other drug was Butalbital. She did not ask me if I was trying to conceive or if I drank alcohol. This can cause dependency issues in babies and if mixed with alcohol can lead to comas or death

Dr. Kadiyala is the best and really cares about her patients as if they are her own family. She is not afraid of telling the medical truth and what needs to be done to get and stay healthy. She probably, no did, save my life!
