I absolutely loved this doctor, but when the practice was bought by Regional, everything--and I do mean EVERYTHING went "south". Messages in the "My Chart" went unanswered, and when answered, they were answers that indicated that no one had actually read the original query. Referrals to specialist were "forgotten" to be submitted. As a result, my (non addictive, not a controlled substance)Rx ran out- I asked her to refill Rx since it was their error that I never got the appt with the specialist. This is a med that is very dangerous to stop suddenly. After years of being a patient there, I was unceremoniously told to go elsewhere since I "wasn't happy". I was given 30 supply of my medication and dumped. Truth? I was advocating for myself in the face of egregious errors that were costing me time, money and ultimately, and sadly, my health. If you are an advocate for your health and want a PARTNER in that care, do NOT go here.
