Doctor is unhygienic, rude, and condescending.
Doctor was an hour behind then canceled my next appointment after weeks of waiting. Rude, cleanliness was a concern, horrible care. Go elsewhere!

Long Wait overcrowded waiting room
Waited an hour until I saw the Dr. It seemed rushed since she was running behind, and I had a serious eye issue. Then experienced a mess with the office people in regards to finding me a Tier1 doctor, for my particular issue, so as not to pay $100 copay. You only have one shot at a first impression. I was not impressed.

Condescending in attitude
I was very uncomfortable with her arrogant, pushy personality and my appointment for dry eye lasted 4 minutes at best. She was not the least bit pleasant or interested in explaining things to me. Very unnecessary attitude. I will not be returning.

I went to Dr. Konrad for upper lid surgery 15 years ago. Last week I went for lower lid surgery. Excellent. I feel safe and confident with her. She is just so good at what she does. It's a scary thing having your eyes done. I am so happy and feel so fortunate that she is my Dr.

I have been dealing with billing issues for over a year. Called billing several times, called office when billing refused to return my calls. My insurance company sent them a letter indicating that I had paid them what was owed and that they needed to stop sending me bills, yet another one arrive. This has gone on for over a year. You have options fo somewhere else where they will at least be courteous enough to return a phone call of a patient. Have taken my family of five elsewhere!
