great clinic
Dr. Parekh and his staff are great. I was having double vision and saw few eye doctors in the dfw metroplex. Dr. Parekh really took the time to understand my condition and now I am cured. His staff is very courteous and very nice. I have found my new ophthalmologist. I will be bringing my family here.

I have been seeing Dr. Parek for 15 years. I have always found him to be very kind and caring. He caught my glaucoma early and removed one on my left eye. Today we discussed doing the one on my right eye. In Sept. he’s going to do a laser procedure on the left eye. I had several questions today and he answered them in a way I could understand. His assistants are courteous and friendly . His front office people are always friendly. I do not understand why some people think he and and staff are unfriendly. I will definitely continue to see him.

Left me feeling wary
Front Desk person was a little cutthroat…and that of itself was a bit alarming. I forgot to bring a mask so she told me I would have to reschedule. Usually the doctor’s office will provide a mask so that was a little strange. Once I saw the doctor, who seemed nice, and his assistant, who was also very nice, the appointment progressed well. I have high intraocular hypertension so getting the pressure down is imperative as it can cause damage or worse, blindness. This was on Aug. 8, 2022. He recommended laser surgery and prescribed eye drops. My pharmacy called to tell me that they needed more clarification from the doctor before they could fill the Rx. They called his office as did I, but we’ve yet to hear from them two days later. I am leery of an office that cannot provide a mask for their patients. It made me wonder if they are cutting costs in other areas as well. Also not contacting the pharmacy to clarify the Rx was a deal breaker. I will find another doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Parekh and Arlington Eye Physicians for over 10 years. This is an excelled doctor who really takes the time to explain things to you. He is very knowledgeable. I was referred there by my Primary Care doctor initially but all of my other doctors also recommended him. I have recommended my friends and family to him and they have all been very pleased. He is our go to ophthalmologist.

Not completely satisfied with the treatment. Recommended by Dr Allen. Went in for an exam prior to Covid 19. Never rec'd any feedback on first test results. Went back after we rescheduled several times ( due to Covid19). Back in yesterday. Disappointed there was no information shared on original test. When I quizzed him on first test results, he said you have a growth on the optic nerve. I asked if this growth on both eyes. He did not answer, just nodded his head. Clearly he wasn't sure how to answer my question. He would need to go back and read the test results from the first test to give me an accurate answer. His communication skills need work. I left his office feeling like I know less about my eye condition than when I went in.

Dr Parekh found I had Glaucoma during my first exam several years ago. My insurance company identified to me a proper exam would require my eyes to be dilated - which my previous optometrist never did. Fortunately, Dr. Parekh has everything to properly test and monitor the condition. He caught it before a lot of damage was done and treatment since has stopped further damage. I have been able to get right in for any issues. The business processes were a little weak years ago but are now the best

I have been a patient of Dr. Parekh for over 8 years. He has performed surgeries on both of my eyes for cataracts. I used to wear very thick glasses and have been glasses free since my surgeries. He is very kind and caring and very knowledgeable. His office staff has always been helpful. I am able to get appointments quickly. Dr. Parekh always listens and is very thorough in his examination. I am really glad to have this clinic.

Horriable experience! This practice in not well ran. The Dr. relays on one tech and seems completely lazy! He can't even put a drop in a patients eye. When he has patients backed up and one tech helping him. He has not idea how to run an office and I feel bad for the people that work there. MAYBE THATS WHY THERE IS SUCH A HIGH TURN OVER RATE! The employees stay weeks if that because he doesn't train his staff. If I could give him -10 I would. NOT A GOOD DR.

Him and his wife are money hungry Half the time insurance pays for the refraction and they dont refund the money. They play favorites with employees and patients. They tell patients they dont take medicaid when they do they just dont want to accept it because they dont pay well enough. They care about money not patients.

I am current dealing with the beginning of Glaucoma and also environmental dry eye. I use lots of eye medicine and have also had cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr. Parekh did and does all my eye work. He is very thorough and lets you know exactly where you stand. He is very knowledgeable about his chosen field. He does not make you feel like your stupid when you ask questions and he does answer them completely. He is soft spoken but when he tells you something you feel like he's right.
