Highly don’t recommend Jersey Urology Group. -Was out to dinner at restaurant. I go to pay bill. Waitress took my card brought it back said my debt card was declined. So called my credit card company. The credit card company told me Jersey Urology tried to hit my card for 10$ four times in less then 2 minutes. That put up red flags to my credit card company for fraud. Thankfully I had a friend who worked at restaurant who paid my 120$ bill till I could get to bank following day to pay him. Also took week to get a new card in mail. Called Jersey Urology following day there Billing Department. The lady was completely rude and basically said to get over it. -Today had an appointment at 3:30. On my way to Appoimtment at Jersey Urology. There was an car accident and traffic was backed up. I was less then 10 minutes late to my appointment. Walked into office. Let receptionist know. She informed me that after 1 minute late to your appointment. You need to reschedule.Receptionist w

This was a followup visit to review a ultra-sound. I arrived at 11:32 for an 11:00 visit. My car clock showed 11:30, the arrogant condescending reception person refused to let me check in.Very rude told to to leave, if I did not want to reschedule,I told her I was here for my appointment and that I was staying, she called the police on me. And she did. Two minutes late and she called the cops, What a way to run a business. Needless to say I am going to a different urologist as of today. Never in my life have I witnessed such insensitivity

Dr. Hirsh was the third Urologist I saw in an around New Jersey. He was the first to give me a clear and simple explanation about my issue. And, he fixed things for me. I can go on long drives, out fishing again, and no more urinating on every tree in the golf course - thank you Dr. Hirsh

This practice is the worst. Do yourself a favor and stay away. All about profit not patient care. Whoever manages this practice has no respect for patients. If a Dr. is not fully booked up with patients that day or not enough patients scheduled to bring in a tech for your testing you will get a call a few days before your visit that it needs to be re-scheduled. They will give the excuse, Dr had surgery, or tech was sick, etc. Profit first YOU second. Office staff stressed! Even Dr's are fleeing!

After multiple appointments and tests. Recommends I see another practice. This was said politely but , after ten plus appointments? If they couldn't help me they should have told me sooner. A painful and expensive bad investment. To try and find a positive ?I would say at least very honest.

Dr. Hirsh restored my urinary health due to BPH issues. Dr. Hirsh performed several successful operations to help me urinate properly and improved my life greatly. I would recommend and have recommended Dr. Hirsh. Dr. Hirsh cares about his patients. The other Doctors at Jersey Urology Group that I have met also care about their patients
