He was recommended to do my partial hysterectomy 2016 he did not use any mesh.he was empathetic and caring, he was attentive and did a great job.

Dr. Nguyen left my mother into pieces I am writing so this may help someone else not choose him. My mother went in for a total hysterectomy tumor removal. Dr. Nguyen went in and did a hysterectomy removed her appendix, place a stent in the right kidney, vaginal prolapse repair, resection her colon and an umbilical hernia repair.my mother nor the family was not told what he had done until we looked at the notes ourselves being proactive in the portal. because of the extent of work complication were attached. She was not able to void, and he lied in his notes that she was voiding (peeing) and had bowel sounds. his tone changed when you ask him questions to being very passive aggressive and even storm out of the room when ask why all of this surgery was done on a 77-year-old. She swelled her colon rection leaked she went back to surgery came out with colostomy bag and vented. The bill came to the house he received more than 75,000 for her surgery. this was before Christmas 2023. very sad

If you are looking for a Doctor who is at the top of his game, extremely knowledgeable and straight to the point then Dr. Nguyen is the Doctor for you. Dr. Nguyen came highly recommended. If you Google his name, you will know why. He keeps a very busy practice, because he is in demand. Despite the hectic atmosphere, his staff is outstanding, professional and very nice. Given the high intensity of this office, my congratulations to them for being able to be professional and helpful. The receptionist is wonderful, the appointment coordinator was great and the surgery coordinator is outstanding!!! Dr. Nguyen expertise speaks for itself. He is of few words but the results speak for themselves. I am extremely thankful to him for taking me on as a patient and giving me my life back.

I came in at 1:30 for my 2:00 appointment. I sat in the crowded and loud waiting room for about an hour. Was called back by a medical assistant. She said put your things down and stand on the scale, I did that. She asked me one question which I answered then took me to a room told me to undress from the waist down. She then proceeded to slam the door and say,” I guess she can’t talk, rude” I assume she expected me to thank her for rushing me into the room, not introducing herself, never smiling, not explaining anything or having any empathy. Considering why I am here today, a small amount of kindness or smile would go along way. The exam room is dirty with dust on the equipment. When I left, I asked said, Hi again, what did I not answer for you? She said “girl please, I don’t have time for this” waved her hand at me and proceeded to talk negative about me Doctor was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Don’t recommend this office unless you can handle the rude staff

Dr. Nguyen, The Panniculectomy after TV personality and celebrity surgeons would not even touch me came out great. The Hysterectomy and other procedures you proformed yes it was a list made me feel great when I woke up. With my hemotologist and your help, I actually felt like a new women -felt better after sugery. Who can say that? I CAN!!! Thank God. I am confident that some of these rare diseases and disorders are going to go away after these surgery. I started walking in one day, I am healing fast, I am feeling great. Thank you. I am going to start a YouTube video to help people heal as I have with my procedures and rare disease. I may as well pay it forward. Thank you again Dr. Nguyen. BTY he is one of the best, yes, it's true it can be a long wait, but your worth it. He goes fast because he tries to accommodate for out of towners , people from out of the country, and yes you local people. He doesn't speak much, but he is very clear, very explanatory very straightforward.

I was referred to Dr Nguyen to have a procedure done that I know was needed. After examining me he told me that my uterus lining was thick and that he could not do a biopsy so that I should have another surgery first to have my uterus removed. Thinking that was too drastic when there was no confirmation that anything was wrong I went to another Dr. who did both procedures at the same time and only did a D&C instead of removing my uterus since everything was benign

The Doctor was very informative and calming during a time of concern for me. A very gifted surgeon and professional staff.

Arrived 3:15 for 3:45 appointment as requested. Left office at 7:00 pm. Attitude of incredibly rude staff : ‘don’t complain you are getting the best’. Very uncomfortable waiting. Pile of chairs in front of reception. Just so grubby. Patients wait outside of office in hall. No apparent effort at COVID cleanliness. Wait for exam room (1 hour) in tiny cubby hole. Finally on exam table. Wait a further 1-1/2 hr for less than ten minute procedure with Dr. Nguyen. Total time: 3.75 hr. I use walker, nowhere is disability accessible - have to clear a path by moving furniture. I am 85, and this is by far worst experience of any medical/surgical office visit in my lifetime. You decide if it is worth hours of suffering indignity, rudeness and inhumane treatment in rundown, questionably clean surroundings for the ‘privilege ‘ of being seen by Dr Nguyen. My advice, look elsewhere!

Dr. Nguyen and his staff was great and he was on point with everything. I would recommend this surgeon he is awesome. Thank you Dr. Nguyen for everything my life is so much better.

Dr Hoa Nguyen Office staff has a lot to be desire. Especially a girl named . Ashley, who supposedly is his nurse. In my opinion, she is rude and don’t know too much. I had surgery by dr. Nguyen and I had a lot of problems. However, when called his office to ask what to do, no one called me back. Or explained my symptoms. Nights with no sheep, etc. I rate this office 1 which is the lowest I can give. I still have problems as I am sitting st his office waiting outside for one hour. The girl up front just told me “that’s how he usually run.

Dr. Nguygen's staff was very nice and helpful. I had surgery (removed a large Uterine Fibroid) with him about a month ago and it went very well! Surgery went quick like he said. He is on point and knows his stuff! Thank you Dr. Nguyen!

Dr Nguyen did my surgery (hysterectomy) to remove huge fibroids, and also my mother's surgery and found she had cancer of the cervix. I have trusted this doctor with my life and my mother's life. He gets sent patients that other doctors do not want to treat because of the issues they have or they are overweight, and he treats them all.

I just love Dr. Nguyen and his staff they are very professional. Dr. Nguyen is straight to the point on what’s going on. He doesn’t talk much but he listen and respond to your questions. Keep up the good work

Dr Nguyen thinks he's a god and he's actually a butcher - he ruined my life. I have had so many problems and complications from his surgery and you can never even get the office to answer the phone to schedule an appointment - actually, the trick is to select the "new patient" option, then you can talk to someone who will give you the nurse's voicemail and she'll call you back in 24 hours even though you leave the message that you have bright red bleeding, and when she does call you back she'll say "Is normal, is normal" - no it's not... I had to get a different doctor to deal with complications and that was after months of dealing with MRSA and being hospitalized and receiving home care... also expect to wait 3 to 4 hours when you do have an appointment... 3 years later I still have problems from his surgery

I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen. I had a total hysterectomy in Oct. 2018 and had no pain and a quick recovery. I was diagnosed with cancer of the uterus and had to have follow-up radiation. That was the only part that was a challenge, but it was necessary to make sure all is clear. Again I can't say enough great things about Dr. Nguyen, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I am cancer free and will continue under his care for the next 5 years.

The office staff is terrible. They are understaffed and disorganized. You will be on hold forever. It takes forever to get an appt, medical records transferred, and overall is just a headache to deal with. As a former Memorial employee, I can say that there are just as good as surgeons as Dr. Nguyen, that hopefully offer an easier, smoother office experience.

I was referred to Dr. Nguyen for a biopsy. My problem is with the office staff. My biopsy was done on 10/03/2018 and sent to LabCorp. However, part of this procedure was not coded and Medicare denied that portion of $169.76. Contacted Medicare and was informed coding was incomplete. I then contacted the office many, many times. Each time I was directed to voice mail and never received a return call!!! I have now received a collection notice from LabCorp. What is wrong with the office staff!!!!! As a result, my rating is POOR.
