The best DOC in town.
Even though, Dr. Tran was very busy with his schedule, but he spent time listen to what I described about my symptoms and suggested the steps for help.

Extremely poor communication. Patient portal only allows one-way communication. . Does not renew prescriptions properly or in a timely fashion. Didn’t even know what prescriptions I was taking when it was time for refill.

Looking for a new Primary Care Physician
I was searching for a new Primary Care Physician. I am in my 40's and early detection was a huge concern of mine. Dr. Tran's office was conveniently located on the south side of town. I was able to secure an appointment for the same week at a time that was convenient for my work schedule. I was greeted at the front desk almost immediately. I was escorted into one of the medical suites within 3 minutes. The room was extremely clean, the equipment was new and it was surprisingly well decorated. His triage staff came to see me within 5-7 minutes for vitals and routine annual assessments. Dr. Tran came to see me within 25 minutes from when I arrived in the suite to review results and discuss potential concerns of mine. He was attentive and informative. I left feeling like my concerns were addressed and he was able to refer me to a specialist for any remaining items. Total visit time was approx 50 minutes!

Quick, Kind & Efficient
I woke up not feeling well. I pulled up to the drive thru, I was added on the schedule immediately and tended to by the sweetest nurse. I tested positive for COVID. Dr. Tran came out listened to my symptoms attentively, checked me over, told me what he has seen and what helps alleviated the symptoms, sent in my meds and I was on my way. It is nice to have kind people helping you be seen quickly when you are not feeling your best and all from the convenience of my vehicle. Thank you, Dr. Tran and the staff at Lubbock Medical Clinic.

Kind and Efficient
I recently saw Dr. Tran. From the ladies on the phone, front desk, nursing staff and Dr. Tran, I received nothing but kindness and great care! The staff was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere of the clinic is lively and upbeat. I would recommend this clinic for anyone searching for a PCP. They are amazing!

Arrogant, Lack of Integrity, stay FAR away!
I was treated like a piece of garbage by his office staff. I met with the Doctor to work it out. His office manager, April, verified that what happened to me really happened. In fact, the person had been terminated who treated me so poorly. When I brought this to his attention, Dr. Tran had no compassion or remorse or any kind of owning it. Dr Hoa Tran’s main message was “you have to advocate for yourself”. That is what I have been doing. I think he is glad to be rid of me. He doesn’t know how to work with elderly patients with PTSD. NOT AT ALLl! That PTSD is triggered mostly when I am disrespected. I was seriously disrespected here. Seriously, save yourself an ulcer and skip this guy.
