Dr. Wong has the best bedside manner and does reach out to you expediently when messaged. At least by end of day. The staff is courteous and through in scheduling appointments and very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Wong understands that your health matters to you and him. He's patient and does not rush your visit. He recommends the best referrals for your condition witrhout delay.

Refused to renew prescription without a visit, though we are under a stay-at-home order due to coronavirus. It's not a dangerous medication - it's actually available over the counter, though it's much more expensive that way. Said I could do a video visit, but my insurance allows only one visit per year without my deductible applying. I asked if he could renew my prescription for just a couple months until until the stay-at-home order is lifted, so I could an in-person visit with a physical exam and blood work, but he refused. He's just exploiting the coronavirus situation to require more visits so he can make more money. It's just greed.

An incredibly personable and thorough doctor. He discussed my health with me compassionately and did not shy away from difficult topics. Rather, he brought them up with grace and courtesy. Much more than could be said for a lot of PCPs.
