Dr. Calloway was terrific. She was patient, explained every detail of the tests performed, and tried to solve my concerns. My hearing had suddenly deteriorated due to a chronic ear infection. I would definetly recommed her to my friends and family.

I saw Dr. Calloway twice. The first time I saw her, I had the impression she was a competent doctor. However, my experience was there is a basic level of kindness missing. Dr. Calloway’s bedside manner is brutal. The first time I saw her I took it that she kind of has a brusque her energetic personality. I felt the second time that it’s just unkindness.

Dr. Calloway, was very inattentive to my son’s symptoms when I took him into the office. He had a 102 fever, could barely walk and so out of it from his ear infection. I kept asking about it spreading to the brain and she said no he is not showing signs of that. My instincts said to take him to the ER right after we left the office where he was admitted for 4 days due to mastoiditis. Underwent a surgical procedure, had to be hooked up to IV’s, and is still on medication to treat his illness. She brushed us off completely and was very rude. She needs to learn how to have a better bedside manner.
