We love her and once we find out where she went will follow her

This is a truly caring doctor who will follow up with you to make sure that all is well. She's a kind, and very knowledgeable, practitioner who knows as much about modern medicine as she does about alternatives treatments. She has dealt with my wife, who has dementia, in the kindest possible manner and both of us have learned to trust and admire this doctor over the last couple of years. We're sorry she left One Medical and we're trying to find her again in order to stay a part of her medical practice. We would 100% endorse her.

Dr. Hollis has been treating me for the last four years and I have been very satisfied and always cared for well. As for the office of One medical I am leaving myself. I know that she is and we’re leaving for the same reasons. It is now owned by Amazon Amazon and very very poorly run. I might I know that she has a ScottsDale office and I will surely follow her. Dr. Underwood is leaving One Medical! We are heartsick! She has been my husband’s life saver! She takes time to listen and assess the patient during each visit. She is extremely knowledgeable and has never failed is creating the correct plan of care for my husband. I have recommended her to others who share our feelings. As far as we are concerned it is One Medical’s loss. She solved medical problems for my husband that Barrows was unable to after over a year of testing etc. Someone finally recommended Dr. Underwood and as I said she was able to get to the root of his problems and treat him accordingly. She listens, she is proactive…keeping you well, versus helping you after your in trouble.The only issue is the company she works for leaves a bit to be desired. Phones don’t work!Perfect example how corporate medicine can ruin the practice of medicine.

Dr. Underwood is an amazing doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, thorough, and takes as much time that is needed to provide you with excellent care. I am devastated her new practice only accepts medicare. I hope that changes in the near future. Dr. Underwood is truly best!

I was so excited to find Dr. Underwood again after several months of searching since she left Scottsdale. I've been a patient of hers for over 15 years. Unfortunately, after calling Iora Primary Care today they said they're a Medicare only provider. So, for any of us (younger) patients not on Medicare you can't see Dr. Underwood per the front office. :(((((((

I used to live in Scottsdale and Dr. Underwood was my doctor. She made me feel better from the moment she walked into the room. I miss her as a doctor and as the engaging, funny, super smart individual that she is. She left Honor Health just before I moved to another state. I just learned she is now in Glendale for those who are trying to find her and I recommend her with all my heart! I'm a nurse myself . . . you can trust this doctor :).

Dr Underwood was my primary doctor for many years. I lost contact with her from Scottsdale, and i'm wondering where I can see her again. She is wonderful. I never felt so healthy and safe as when I was seeing her. She has saved my life on more than one occasion. She is very thorough, takes what time is needed in our visits. I'm "hoping" if she is with Iora, she also goes to other offices. I sure miss her. :(

Where is Dr. Underwood since leaving Honor Health in Oct. 2019? Is she still practicing medicine? She is a wonderful dr. and I am a former patient.

One word best describes Dr. Underwood...WOW! In my latter years and having serious health issues I was hesitant to change primary care doctors. I never felt a good connection with my previous doctor. I sometimes felt like I was just taking up her more valuable time and wondered if she was covering all of my issues. What a difference Dr. Underwood is. So thorough, so compassionate and more connected with my issues than any primary doctor I have had! I highly recommend her and whole office staff. I am so glad I became a patient of hers. The kind of care I received usually only comes from my mother. God Bless Doctor Underwood!

Dr. Underwood is the GREATEST! She is thorough and takes time with me to answer questions, gather information and formulate a game plan. I leave every visit with a summary of my visit. I always feel respected and understood at my visits.
