Don’t bother- she doesn’t care
If I could have given zero starts, I would have-Do not go to see Dr. Holly Cleney, she is nonresponsive, ineffective, judgmental, and repeatedly either ignores patients calls or cancels appointments with no notice. The office management is equally ineffective. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your primary care needs, this office just doesn’t care….you should be ashamed, Latham Medical Group-

Professional and Caring
Dr. Cleney is an extremely knowledgeable physician who thoroughly "connects all the dots" with her health care approach. Both my husband and I switched to her a couple of years ago and (as a retired Registered Nurse) beyond impressed with how she systematically went through all of my medical records and labs so that she was well prepared for my visit. This really was "wow" moment as typically physicians are so pressed for times that they look at your prior health information in such detail. Her staff is attentive return any messages with timely fashion. I cannot recommend this physician enough.....outstanding!

I recently saw Dr. Cleney as a new patient. I've had a number of bad experiences with doctors over the years so have a bit of "white coat syndrome" and not a whole lot of faith or trust in doctors. I really was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked Dr. Cleney from just our first meeting. She presented as very genuine and knowledgable, and had a great bedside manner.
