Dr. Hong Nguyen, DO

This doctor was my sister’s doctor and he always kept us waiting well over our appointment time, generally more than 30 minutes and he took only a few minutes with her. He never really checked her out. The last visit we waited two hours while he and his nurse were out of the office even though we were called the day before to see if we were keeping the appointment. When she finally saw him, neither he or his nurse apologized. In fact another nurse took her vitals before they arrived. Needless to say, I changed her doctor and facility where we have been treated with the utmost respect.

After over 50 years I found a doctor who finally figured out what was causing my breathing “asthma” problems. All my life I was told that I had asthma. Dr Nguyen tested me and said that I do not have asthma, but he diagnosed me with post nasal drip. He prescribed Singular and ALL of my breathing problems are GONE. I NEVER EVER used to go anywhere without my inhaler. Thanks Dr Nguyen you have changed my life!

I left a long, time consuming review on Dr. Nguyen but it wouldn't go through (surprise). I'm not wasting another hour to explain what a lousy, backstabbing, snake in the grass this so called doctor has turned out to be. He cares only about himself and what's convenient for him and the nurses around him. Do Not Trust this doctor & Do Not Go to him for help. He is basically controlled by his nurses and is afraid to stand up to them. Dr. Nguyen has zero feelings for his patients or their concerns. If you reach out to him for help while going through a terrible crisis he will more than likely try to get rid of you are ship you off to someone that is worse (if that's possible) than himself. Do not put any faith or trust in this doctor. He is nothing more than a snake in the grass!!!

A very frustrating experience, the same as other reviews, but I found the staff kind and helpful

Dr. Hong P. Nguyen is a very devoted doctor. He listens to his patient health problems and explains how he would send for some tests to diagnose the problems. He has been my doctor for over 5 years and I am very happy to have him as my doctor. My friends changed their previous doctors for Dr. Nguyen.

Difficult to get appointment, no same day appointments, impossible to contact by phone, long wait time, doesn't address issue, poor followup after appointment.

Slow, wait time long, difficult to reach via phone, does not return calls, appointment scheduling weeks out, staff rude, location good , office somewhat clean.
