Dr. Hope Murray, DPM

Every time I injure my feet/ankles, they get me in quickly. I have never had issues with them not returning my phone calls. Roxy and Dr Murray have the kindest hearts of any medical professionals. I adore how they are down to earth, the relationship between them is great! They act like a family. The wait times may be a little bit but well worth it. I highly recommend you try Dr Murray, you will not be disappointed! I even take my grandson to see her.

Doc has alot of patients, and though in office time may see long, you know your getting your treatment. She has 2 rooms and she will have on person prepping while the other is getting there time. One of my children and myself have been in on mutiple occasions from, broken, ankles, feet, Achilles tears. She is all on it from old to young, she is caring, alittle country hospitality.

I have been calling what appears to be a ton of times just to schedule an appointment and was given no other choice but to leave a voicemail hoping that someone would reach back out to me. That did not happen either. After weeks when I was finally able to get a hold of someone I scheduled an appointment to be treated what I suspected at the time ( Plantar fasciitis). I have been in a lot of pain and I knew I was traveling overseas. I admit that I was late for my appointment, however thought still at least within the grace period. Dr. Murray would not see me anymore. It appeared I was her last patient that day. When attempting to reschedule no appointment was available for me. I contacted them as soon as I got back from overseas, as of today 08-27 one week ago, left a voicemail, almost begging to be called back to schedule an appointment, and to this day no one has bothered to get in contact with me. It seems like this office is not even in business or does not care to be in business.

My last appointment was excellent. I love the way Dr. Murry explains everything to me and works hard to make sure I have everything I need.

I was very impressed with Dr. Murray's bedside manner. She was clear, concise and I didnt need a DPM to understand her lol after xrays she went over possible options and even offered to assist me in finding a PCP for pre-Op evaluation. I love that she took time and SAT with me as she educated me about my issue. She wasn't in any rush even though I'd had many questions and concerns. I knew I'd made a great choice when I heard her singing in the corridor prior to meeting her lol Staff was amazing as well:) I have already recommended the Copperas Cove location to friends and family. Can't wait to finally get the relief I've been praying for!

I've made appointments I've had Roxy call knowing that I'm supposed to be in the office in a 1/2 an hour to cancel I've had it where roxy's not shown up when I was told to show up for certain appointments. I have been told by Roxy how things work in the office and then it be different I did speak with doctor Hope and it seemed as she doesn't care about her patients where the time that is involved in coming to an appointment and then it being canceled 20 minutes or half hour before you're supposed to show up. Don't waste your time at the place because they don't care.

Dr. Murray has treated both of my kids for foot issues. She always talks to their level when explaining how to care for their toes after the procedure. She’s also great at helping keep their minds off what’s happening during the procedure.

I have have been trying to get a copy of my medical records for 3 months now, every time I've called I've been told "Dr Murray is on a conference call by the front desk and that they will check the status and return my call" I've never once received any return call. Now when I call I automatically get their voice mail. Extremely unprofessional. I do not owe them money and have paid for all my services and Dr Murray and her staff are withholding my medical records. I would not recommend using her

Just another number, a second class patient who doesn't deserve to know the total cost of a procedure. Repeated requests for information are deliberately ignored. Never again.

There have been times I've waited longer than expected for my appointment but because Dr Murray gives such excellent care to each individual, it has always been worth the wait and time.
