Awful!
Had to take my 3yo son for a dog bite and got attitude as soon as he came in asking me questions that mostly seemed irrelevant and then telling me the answers didn’t matter after I’d answer him. Came in telling me my son needed stitches and that if his little self couldn’t sit there and let him do it willingly they would have to put him under but seemed to be trying to scare me with it. Where I drew the line was immediately after removing the syringe from his wound with whatever they use to numb it because he didn’t explain anything to me he proceeded to jab at my sons wound and then get in his face and tell him it didn’t hurt as he’s screaming. It being numb or not is irrelevant to me he had just been through something traumatic to have the treat him so poorly telling him he can’t go home if he won’t let him fix it. I would’ve had more compassion for an adult than what he showed for my little boy. First time I’ve ever walked out of a hospital with no treatment and hopefully the last.
What went well
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Staff friendliness
What could be improved
  • I didn't feel respected
  • Didn't listen or answer questions
  • Didn't explain conditions well
  • Appointment was rushed
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
  • Long wait times

Bro Has an Attitude Issue
Went to the caro hospital for a simple uti that lasted a while and started bleeding. I was told to go to urgent care by my family doctor (i wasnt aware there was a difference between urgent care and the hospital before this). Dude walks in and just starts asking questions, no introduction as to who he is or anything. Stands there and asks me if im on my period. Uhmmm no and if i was i’d still be able to tell the difference considering my period blood is thick and doesnt *only* come out when i urinate. Keeps mentioning that “oh well that’s a lot of blood in your urine” yeah maybe because im like bleeding when i pee? idk what else to tell you. He asked me what makes me think I have a uti in that typical “oh look another self diagnosis patient” tone (its not difficult to tell when you have a uti lol) and so i reexplain my symptoms and he rementions that there was a lot of blood for just a pee sample. He comes back and oh look it’s a uti :I The nurse was super nice though 11/10:)

Do not recommend. Does not spend enough time to know patient's health conditions.
