Dr. Horidel Febo Reyes, MD

Dra. Febo conducts herself very unprofessional. She argued and yelled at her assistant with disregard to the patients in the waiting room. I waited from eleven to six pm (7 hours) . I was the sixth patient on the patients list and she was attending the third patient. Due to her lack of professionalism I stood up and requested a copy of my medical record and left. I Do not recommend her.

Me experience was an excellent one. If we ar talking about our health we should take our time to wait while this profesional dela with other patient.The way she treated me was awesome, the way she explained it all was great. Sometimes we have to sit-down and face reality and the is what she will tell you.Awesome professional and very knowledgeable of the material.For me it is a pity there are not much professional like her in the area.

You will have knowledge about endocrinology, but not emotional intelligence. The doctor shouts at administrative assistants in front of the patients. Treat patients disrespectfully. The waiting time is too long, wait from 1:00pm, leaving at 8:00pm. You are also late. She gets upset if the patient brings recent laboratories ordered by other doctors, and that she also ordered me. It does not consider that health plans cover a maximum of tests per month and the patient is the one who pays. In a month I can make an appointment with the internist and the endocrinologist, and both send the test for thyroid, cholesterol, cbc, etc. It's emotionally out of balance. I'm not coming back, he yelled at me. It was a horrible experience. I don't recommend it.

La Dra tiene una actitud pésima. Demasiado prepotente y mal educada

Asistí a la oficina de la Dra. Febo el miércoles 2 de marzo de 2022. La secretaria muy amable y diligente. Me sentí muy incómoda al observar como la Dra. se dirige y se comunica con su secretaria. Se dirige a ella en tono de voz fuerte y frente a los clientes. La manera en la cual la Dra. se dirige hacia su secretaria no es digna. Esta es la razón por la cual no visitarè más la oficina.

Esta doctors Febo le grita a sus empleados frente a Los pacientes. Actua como si estuviera LOCA. Solo acepta cash. Creo deberian quitarle la licencia.

It is sad that such a knowledgeable physician have such a poor management of ethics and respect to the personnel and patients. She always arrived late. The waiting time is way too long. She scolds personnel in a disrepctul manner in front of her patients, like they were little kids. She doesn't offer no other way of payment, just cash. Eventhough, she took the time to look over the patients, all the flaws metion above makes it intorelable for us patients to wait for her attendance.

Excellent physician. Well knowing specialists.

I have never been so disrespected and yelled by a physician. Her bedside manners are frightful and horrifying. The waiting time was 10 hours. I have recommended her, and all my family and friends had the same experience. She doesn't explain. She scolds as if we, her patients, were ignorant and oblivious to our conditions. Personally, I believe her license should be revoked.

I would not recommend this doctor. She may be very knowledgeable but the waiting time is ridiculous. I'm not kidding we wait from 10 to 12hrs, We always leave the office after 9pm it doesn't matter how early we arrive.
