No Testing, Treatment caused Secondary Infection
I have been in to see this dermatologist thrice now to address a recurrent chronic eye rash. I requested several tests to get an idea of what we were dealing with. Three visits later, and I have never so much as had a swab to my face. During all three visits, it was insisted I had medical history of eczema and acne. I do not. I have never had issues with this and I corrected this statement each time, only to return for another visit and be told the same thing. I have followed instructions and prescriptions to a t and doing so led to a second rash caused by a secondary infection. When I mentioned first-response creams, I was told I shouldn't. Well, eight months of progressive worsening while using their recommended treatment and I finally try a simple over the counter treatment for the complete opposite ailment. It works. I don't even have a college degree and I had more education and awareness of my body and what was happening than the folks I saw here did. Will not return.

I saw a wonderful nurse practitioner, unfortunately I forgot her name, But was in on Oct 4th, when I went to pick up my prescription at CVS, they stated that it was waiting on insurance approval, Isn't that CVS job? I was told to call the doctor. I did situation was handled immediately. 5star service!

Dangerous dermatologist. They burned my skin with laser not once but twice. I was scared for life. I urge you NOT to use this doctor. Plus, they are very unprofessional. Do not put your skin at risk with this negligent office.

Waited a good 45 minutes in a mostly empty office for him to tell me I had "weird" scars and that I should see a plastic surgeon. He is very, very bad at socializing and not at all helpful, friendly, or even useful.

I recently met with Dr Goldberg for an annual examination. I would not recommend him as I felt the exam was not conducted properly and his complete lack of interest was evident from the moment he walked in the door. I followed up about a medication and never received a response from his office. Very unprofessional.

Too many desks to go through to give the same information to all. Disinterested staff. You wait forever for an appointment and then wait some more at the appointment.

Dr. Goldberg was very kind and answered my questions with care. It made my procedure time as pleasant as could be. I hate going but knowing he and his caring staff are there makes it ok.
