Unorganized office. Slow to refill meds and poor communication. After a year they finally got it right, then I call to make an appt only to find out Dr Grossman is no longer in FLORIDA and I have to find another doctor. Now what if I didn't call in? They didn't give a reason or anything

From the moment that Dr. Grossman entered my room, he was very personable, understanding and patient. This was the first time in my life that I felt completely free to discuss my sex life, as a gay man. He listened and was not judgmental. He is extremely well-educated, but is not a stuffy shirt. Dr. Grossman is also great with his interactions of his staff. (You can tell a lot about a man, as to how he treats his staff.). I don't dread going to see a doctor anymore.

I came to him as a stage 4 cancer survivor as well as a person with AIDS.I told him about my anemia and vertigo and he made light of it saying he wouldn't treat me until my Hemoglobin was 7-8. He lied to me and made light of my situation. He called me a drug addict because i brought in all the medications my doctors had written for me.in their bottles and pulled up my history. e was acting as if I wrote the prescriptions. He ran a clinical study for people with hemoglobin level less than 12.,
