Multiple visits, he was always late. I left his practice to find someone who would respect my time

I saw Dr Heller when he used to have an office in Arlington. He was excellent with his diagnosis and medication to control it. After a few months he recommended Dr Joseph Kuhn for a Bariattric procedure called a stomach sleeve. It was the best think I have ever done for my self! All symptoms and the excess weight gone...for good! It has been over 7 yrs now, never any problems and have kept the Typ II Diabetes under control and never gained the weight back. I absolutely trust Dr Keller and his knowledge of his specialty! I would not think twice about seeing him again, if I needed to. George Broussard

Dr. Heller managed my diabetes and general care plan so much better than other doctors, I would not consider changing. I recommend him to anyone interested in finding quality, thoughtful care.

Waited for an excessive amount of time. As a new patient he only review the records I brought and told me to schedule an appointment in 4 months for a sonogram as I din’t need one yet as I just had one. Though I told him that as he could see the last one was 2016 NOT 2017. He just kept talking over me and repeating me we would worry about it later. Not impressed and will not be back. Waste of A LOT OF MONEY.

Great doctor, I've been seeing him for several years. He asks a lot of questions to be sure he understands your needs and to deal with your condition. He answers your questions and explains any new procedure you may need.

Fabulous Doctor and I have seen over 200 in the last twenty years. When scheduling urgent appointments, make sure that you ask for his "overbook" appointments. They have a new office that's gorgeous. I LOVE his Nurse, Zida. She always gets right back to me aInd the front desk staff is extremely polite. The only bad thing is that he doesn't always run on time; however, that's because he NEVER rushes an appointment. He takes the time to answer all of your questions and explain everything fully.

Mixed me up with other patients on multiple occasions. Said I had thyroid nodules and after a sonogram I do not. Told me my thyroid sonogram results said my thyroid is enlarged and when I got the results it said it was actually very small. He seemed scatterbrained and even had to leave me in the room during one visit because he "forgot" to do something.

He actively listens and offers suggestions. By listening to him and following his recommedations, I have found resolutions to some serious health issues. I am thankful.
