I did my research and I found Dr Heppe was one of Northern Virginia’s top plastic surgeons. When I met Dr Heppe and his staff, I was very happy on how friendly and knowledgeable they were. On the day of my procedure, which is done in the building, I was very much impressed with how the process was done. All my questions and concerns were answered. I am a registered nurse, and I am acutely aware of when infection control procedures are followed and not followed, I absolutely felt safe in this environment. I am now three months out from my surgery and I am very much pleased with the results. I did not have any postoperative complications nor any infection. I honestly can highly recommend Dr.Heppe. Dr. Heppe, or as I have nicknamed him, Dr. Happy, is truly a world class plastic surgeon. I had originally booked with a different plastic surgeon and after have a bad gut feeling, I did some research and found unfavorable feedback on said dr. Still wanting the surgery, I researched all the plastic surgeons within the MD/VA area and felt drawn to Heppe's credentials as well as client reviews. Meeting him in person, I instantly felt at ease and knew he was the Dr. I wanted to perform my mommy makeover. I appreciated his completely platonic analysis of my body, focusing on medical aspects, while also sharing his recommendations and expectations. Given the fact that the first plastic surgeon I had booked with felt like a used cars salesman, Dr. Heppe's technique was more medical and realistic focused. I am 10 days post op and am in love with my results! If you are reading this review because you need assurance to use Dr. Heppe or the extra push to go for it, do it!

The whole staff was amazing. I had a breast lift with augmentation and I love the results. I am no longer embarrassed about my chest. I also had filler under my eyes and everyone at work has commented on how rested I look. My only regret is I wish I would have done this procedure years ago.

After living with large breast implants that had become uncomfortable and saggy. I decide to have them reduced and a lift. I truly could not be happier with the results of my tummy tuck and breast lift. I was nervous about having surgery before visiting Dr. Heppe but he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. I had my surgery the day before Thanksgiving and he even came into the office on Thanksgiving day to ensure I had my next day post surgery follow up visit. Throughout the whole process until my last follow up, he was available to answer any questions I had and did so in such a great manner. I thought about getting breast reduction surgery for many years. After much consideration and research, I finally scheduled a consultation with Dr. Heppe. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and addressed all my questions. I was confident the results would be good, but they exceeded my expectations. Dr. Heppe was also able to fix a problem from a procedure done more than 20 years ago. Dr. Heppe’s team of nurses and administrative personnel are experienced, very accommodating, and thoughtful. Like many patients, I consulted with three other doctors (in NoVa) before settling on Dr. Heppe and his practice, and am thrilled that I chose them. From the first meeting through the post-surgery follow-up meetings, he and his entire crew have been kind and gentle and supportive all the way! I recall the morning of the surgery and how tender Elizabeth, Vicki and Diane were as they prepped me -- the last thing I recall was their kindness! And as equally important, after one week of surgery, only slight bruising is left -- Dr. Heppe did an amazing job! I feel as if I look so much younger! Fortunately my choice of Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg was rewarded with results that exceeded even my most optimistic expectations. Dr. Heppe has the vision and skills to produce results far beyond expectations. I have used Dr. Heppe at Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg for multiple procedures throughout the years, most recent being a tummy tuck. I am very pleased with the results and am still amazed how firm and unblemished my tummy is. When I told my daughter I was having a tummy tuck, she said “I hope he knows what a belly button looks like.” Let me assure you, Dr. Heppe knows what a belly button looks like and has the skills to make a nice one. I vacationed in Hawaii and Costa Rica this past year and my belly button was in full view, front and center. My surgical incision was still slightly noticeable (very light) but was well hidden by my bikini bottoms (and no the bottoms weren’t huge). When my husband saw my tummy tuck results, he said “damn he did a good job.” Not bad for being 59 years old. Best Surgeon Ever!

I recently got a breast augmentation done at this practice about nine weeks ago and let me say that this review is well overdue because I have just been enjoying my results. I read the reviews for this practice and doctors and thought it was wonderful so of course so I went for the consultation. Loved it however, still wanted something to compare them with so I went for a second opinion at another practice. They did not give me the same information as far as results and they didn't have pictures of work which I think is extremely important so of course of I went with my first choice. Dr. Heppe and his staff were extremely courteous everytime I went in there. Very proficient they even offer payment plans which was perfect for me. The patient coordinator was very thorough and proficient and I absolutely loved Dr. Heppe's nurse. Scheduling was never an issue and neither was the wait time and the office is so comfortable and cute. This was a huge investment for me so I definitely was going
