Consistently behind schedule
It feels like every time I or my wife visit Dr. Hines for a dermatology visit, he has consistently an hour, or more, behind schedule. Numerous visit scheduled before 10am have resulted in us still sitting in the lobby well past 11:30. Patients scheduled and arriving after us were seen prior to us being called back. Numerous PTO days at work have been wasted by sitting in the waiting room here. We considered walking out but would have to book another appointment months out.

Dr. Hines is an incredible and experienced dermatologist. From treating skin cancer to any other regular skin condition - you won't see anyone better.

Dr. Hines and the staff of Peninsula Dermatology are excellent - competent, caring, and professional. I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years and highly recommend Dr. Hines.

Dr. Hines is an excellent dermatologist and also excels in cosmetic procedures! I am beyond happy with his placement of Juvederm around my mouth and eyes! I left looking naturally refreshed! He really did wonders for the lines around my mouth! His assistant was awesome as well! Five Stars
