Dr. Howard Tepper, MD

At my initial visit Dr Tepper lead me to believe that my problem with drooling could be solved by an injection into the corner of my lips for a period of month possibly longer and i completely trusted him. But already at my surgery appointment ,Dr Tepper sounded cautious about the results i could expect, considering the cost , i probably would not have gone ahead, if he had spoken like this at the initial visit. Unfortunately to my great disappointment there was no improvement whatsoever.

My experience with Dr Tepper himself was positive however his direct secretary falsely represented the billing process for out of network patients. The insurance company verified that out of network procedures have a pre approved fair market cap assigned to them and that it is at the office's discretion to level out the bills at the responsibility of the patient. This was NOT explained and the office knowingly overcharges the insurance company at the patients expense.
