Reliable Caring
My company uses him for injuries and physicals. I have enjoyed his professional demeanor. The only problem I see is is the lack of Doctors at times.

If laziness has a face, it's Dr. Tsang.
SAIF assigned Dr. Tsang to be my "attending physician" after SAIF lost twice in court. I scheduled an appointment to see him because I needed to transfer care from my personal care physician to a Majoris doctor. His office called me up the morning of my appointment, twice, to cancel. The first time because he was too incompetent to read that SAIF lost all their court cases, so my case is "active," then again when he read my diagnosis. He claims he once did the work to provide a referral for a patient, but that took too long (and he's incredibly lazy). So, not only will he refuse to provide me with a referral, so I can get treatment, he also, just won't see me, at all. And cancelled my appointment. But, because we're dealing with bureaucracy, now I'm stuck with an "attending physician" -on paper, who won't let me schedule an appointment, no referral and I'm still paying for all my own treatment - after beating SAIF twice in court

Never go this doctor, he did not address my injury or my concerns. He did not examine me after I was injured, he did not order an x ray or any other tests. Stay away from this man who calls himself a doctor.
