For DOS 10/12/15, Dr. Cai showed herself willing to allow a PA-C coworker at CCFM to claim in a patient’s medical records (whom I am the subscriber for) that Dr. Cai “was present and agreed to the following” assessment, lab and treatment plan, even though Dr. Cai was never present for the office visit (nor required to be according to the NYS “Physician Assistants and Specialist Assistants” regulation dated 3/11/15), the assessment was totally unrelated to appt. intent & content, and the lab and prescription for the assessment are non-sensical … such that the PA-C involved soon admitted in triage emails (dated 10/12/15, 11/9/15) to CCFM staff that the assessment "is just historical.” Dr. Cai later accepted a letter from the patient on 1/12/16 4:40 PM regarding all this, but to this day, Dr. Cai has never come clean.

Dr. Cai is absolutely amazing. She’s compassionate and caring and truly will listen to your concerns. She seemed truly concerned and was willing to order whatever was needed to get to the bottom of my issue. I’d recommend her to anyone. Keep in mind - doctors will do what they can but you have to do your own part also when it comes to your health. She’s been a blessing to me and I’m on the road to feeling better. Thank you!!
