Dr. H. Acosta is a great family doctor. He tries his best to satisfy his patients. But IT is very difficult to contact him in his office. His secretary DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. To talk to a friend or other of her likes she is willing. Any other call she omits. Sad but true. Good luck to all.
