Staff Unprofession and rude
Dr. Syeda is a wonderful doctor. She is compassionate and takes the time to explain details. However, the nursing staff and the non-nursing staff at the appointment desk are rude and unprofessional.

If I could give her a zero rating I would
I would not recommend her. I went in to have a lump diagnosed. She was not thorough at all in trying to feel the lump. She said it was soft tissue. I questioned why it did not feel the same as the other side. She diagnosed me with atrophic vaginitis which would not explain a lump. She also only examined one of my breasts in the breast exam for my annual checkup. So, absolutely no diagnosis for the lump, which is why I went there. Felt like it was a total waste of time. Will never see her again.

Love Dr Syeda. Previous dr ignored high risk breast issue. Dr. S took it very seriously and got me in for advanced imagining and ultrasound. She is kind, and always listens to everything I have to say no matter how long it takes. When she is running behind I know she is giving another patient the same caring treatment.

Dr. Syeda is a wonderful doctor. She is patient and explains very fully. She checks in with many aspects of my life. I have been a patient at the office for 25 years, mostly with Dr. Clark. He delivered my second son who was born with some issues. In subsequent appointments, Dr. Clark never failed to ask about my son. He is a legend! Once due to an incompatibility with Dr. Clarks schedule, I got an appointment with Dr. Syeda. I really like her and I figure one day Dr. Clark really will retire. It has always been a busy office. The nurse practitioners are fantastic and have also been there for many years, which suggests to me that they like working with Drs. Clark and Syeda. The only thing I would say is that Fox News was always on the TV and more than half the population is offended by by this station.

She almost killed me. I was told I had bad gas. I was having a rupture of an ectopic pregnancy. I was rushed to Albany Medical Center when my blood pressure dropped to 60/40 because I was bleeding out. Luckily, Dr. Kristine Klein just happened to be there and performed emergency surgery and I needed 3 units of blood. Dr. Klein saved my life!!

Humera Syeda has been my Gynecologist for several years now. Her experience is invaluable and I have never felt uncomfortable, she doesn’t rush through the appointments and address each and every concern of what is going on with your health. Her office staff provides positive and healthy atmosphere. Because of this I chose Dr. Syeda to perform my delivery in few weeks ago. Her smiling face gave me more confidence during the scariest moment of my life, she was there for me with pleasant manner and great care when I was in need. I will forever be grateful for her help!!

We waited in the room for about 40 - 45 minutes for her and then when she finally came in, she stayed for at most ten minutes. I wasn't a priority at all. I told her about how much pain I feel, my irregular periods, I have Endometriosis and Poly cystic Ovary Syndrome. She kept brushing off my concerns, ignored pretty much everything I said. She just prescribed me new birth control, told me to come back in three months and that was it. I don't recommend her.

I have been with Dr. Syeda since she started back in 1998 or close to that. She was amazing and helped me through 2 miscarriages, got me the answers we needed and then onto 2 successful births - one was an emergency C. She did exploratory surgery during the miscarriages and then later on I had ablation done and everything went very smooth. She is an extremely knowledgeable doctor and she will never lose me as a patient - highly recommend!

The phone nurse told me I had several types of HPV -and when I questioned it she realized she read the results wrong and I had no HPV , she was reading the types that were tested. Also Dr Syeda doesn't really listen to my concerns and has one response to every issue of mine rather than being open minded that it might be another problem.

She brushed off all my concerns as if they were nothing. Seemed uninterested. Rushed through the appointment because I'm clearly not a priority. Did not comofort me. Made me feel dumb, embarrassed and upset.

I would not recommend this doctor. She would rather keep me on a medication that creates issues for me then take me off that medication and perform a surgery that could prevent the need for that medication. I feel like she is just paying the bear by having me go on medication and keeping big pharmaceutical in business rather than having my issue resolved with surgery which would be much more effective
