Dr. Hoover is the nicest and most comforting doctor. He really helped me understand what was wrong and my surgery went almost way better than expected! I definitely would recommend his help!

I am an older woman, and found Dr Hoover to be arrogant, condescending and rude. I would never send anyone to him !!!
