Does Not Belong In Urgent Care
Dr Nguyen is a young doctor working in Urgent Care at Summit Health. I was at the Livingston NJ office when I was attended to by Dr Nguyen. She clearly has no idea how to deal with people. Ordered some tests and when it came time to evaluate the results, she didn't know how to explain the CT scan results and although nothing was wrong based on the written results, she insisted I go to the ER. She kept repeating 'must go to ER, must go to ER' over and over again. It's as if she wasn't sure of her work & wanted someone else to take over. This is not a doctor that belongs in an urgent care unit. I was a bit surprised that Summit Health doesn't train their doctors better. If I come across her again in urgent care, I'm going to insist on another doctor.
