I was utterly impressed with the binder presented to me with much information from whom to contact for what purpose, surgical details, FYIs in preparation of surgery and the follow-up following surgery, as well as a copy of our conversations on a memory stick - so complete and thorough!

She listened to my breathing (lungs) and only heard faint breathing and had xray request in and I was very happy as I had told her I did had an episode of 93% oxygen and breathing that fixed itself after an hour or two.
