Dr. Ng took his time with me and solved my problems in one visit - saving me so much money that I was going to spend on neurologists, MRIs, etc. Even my sister who is a PCP told me to go see a neurologist but I didn't need it!

My PCP in Evanston
I'm a student at Northwestern. I have had nothing but 5-star customer service type experiences with this doctor. I have seen him on 3 occasions recently and he has dedicated ample time to me and answered all my questions and gotten my prescriptions filled quickly.

My wife just had a checkup with Dr Ng and she was very impressed! He was very patient as she discussed her entire medical past with him (we recently moved from abroad). He was thorough and willing to listen to us.

Dr Hyman is the WORST physician I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. He is not just rude and has poor bedside manner - he actively berates you as a patient, makes you feel horrible for seeking preventative care, and actively questions everything you came in with. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR - HE IS NOT GOING TO CARE ABOUT YOU.

Had a very good experience with Dr. Ng. I was initially skeptical because of these sorts of review sites, but I realize they tend to be very negatively biased, so I ignored the bad ones and had the appointment. Adding my two cents here so it's more accurate for others.

Dr. Ng was incredibly condescending and rude to me. Sure, maybe my concern is nothing, but I’ve had doctors before doubt me when I was right to be concerned. Sometimes my hunches are hypochondria, but several times there has actually been something very wrong. Please me more respectful to your patients, Dr. Ng. He did ultimately address my concerns, but i left is pretty mad. Also, maybe don’t deride a patient for getting their first flu shot. Just be happy they’re doing it now.

Dr. Ng is the best doctor I have ever had. I have seen him for multiple health problems over the past year. Each time he treats me with respect and explains what is happening and why he is recommending certain treatments to me. He even drew a picture for me to help me to understand what was happening. I highly recommend Dr. Ng.
