If you care for your loved ones, Do not use this dr. He just writes prescriptions and done with you. Does not care to look into the root cause of your sickness especially if your suspect your loved one has cancer. My dad started complaining back in June 2024 that he could not hold any food down that he was constantly throwing up. Dr just prescribed nausea medicine and hiccup medicine. Today My dad has stage 4 cancer and going into hospice. This whole time Dr did not even think to run additional test for my dad’s symptoms until January 2025. If he just had an ounce of concern, my dad could of had a fighting chance. Now it’s too late!! I repeat do not use this Dr.

I am trying to get my prescription moved to another provider due to insurance coverage, and the only way they will talk to me is if I'm a member and pay $195.00 to become a member. be aware before using these people for anything!

I was offered an opportunity to have an appointment with Dr Alward when my regular provider was too busy to see me on relatively short notice. Dr Alward was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and pointedly helpful.

I saw Dr. Alward for a little over 3 years. Since the beginning, I told him my symptoms (chronic fatigue, rapid weight gain, etc), and he brushed them off as me not "eating healthy enough." Since I work out every day and eat a healthy diet, I knew that to be wrong, and I finally saw a different doctor who immediately caught my hypothyroidism and sent me to get an MRI. It turns out I have a pituitary brain tumor, and who knows how long I've had it. I would not recommend Dr. Alward.

Dr. Alward was nice. Front reception staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. They were rude and seemed annoyed at questions.
