I will never go back to the hospital while Ian Cowan is working. He is rude, disrespectful, and doesn't spend an appropriate amount of time examining his patients. My daughter and I have had two experiences with this doctor. Both of which were awful. I tried to explain the symptoms my daughter was having and I was told to be quite unless he asked me a question. This most recent visit my daughter was not even put into an exam room. Ian Cowan examined my daughter in the waiting room.
