I started seeing Doctor Woollett in December of 2023. He came highly recommended by another cardiologist at another hospital. He listened to me intently when I described my conditions. He did his homework and knew my health history. He then assigned me a team of doctors that investigated my condition and causes. Not just merely prescribing drugs but trying to find what was causing issues. They performed many tests and analyses. After nearly a year, he performed a Farapulse Field Ablation for my AFib. AFib is just one of my issues. The ablation could not have gone any better. The staff in OP were efficient and very friendly. Staff in the OR explained in detail what they were doing and ensured I was relaxed and confident. I went in at 7:30 a.m. and went home at 1:30 p.m. I couldn't be happier. No complications from the procedure and I feel great. I feel so blessed to have discovered Dr. Ian Woollett. You will not find a better Cardiologist in the area.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR
My father went in for a cardiac ablation. Dr. woollet failed to explain the extent of this procedure and how much recovery their would be. He dismissed my questions and shrugged me off. If you care about your loved ones and getting information about procedures and having open communication with your dr. about the extent of post operative pain, do not send you loved ones to this dr.

Dr. Woollett is terrific, but the appointment staff is about as bad as can be. They tell me they will call back then don't, will only make appointments in the first few days of the month for the next month, and if you miss their window, you are out of luck. There is NO thought for patient care. If I did not trust his expertise so much, there is no way I would stay on as a patient. They have gotten much, much worse since they merged with Bayview.
