La doctora Hurtado es una gran profesional con gran ética y empatía, en su consulta es muy amable y explícita en todas las preguntas que como paciente le realizó, su equipo de trabajo son muy amables y eficientes. Doctor Hurtado is a very professional and caring person. Takes her time to explain things to you in a way that you feel so comfortable and relieved. I recommend her to anybody that needs a good primary doctor . Her staff is amazing and super sweet love my doctor

I scheduled my appointment for 10:50am. I spent 45 minutes waiting for the PCP. I left the office and I never met my PCP.

My worst experience ever. I have worked in the medical field for 27 years so I know what a good doctor should behave. This is my first year with Sanitas medical centers. I am highly disappointed that BlueCross BlueShield only allows Sanitas medical centers for primary care checkup. I'm the reason I'm leaving this review about the doctor not the clinic is because the staff at Sanitas were trying to do their best. the doctor came to the exam room and the first thing she said is what my insurance was not covering. Apparently her main concern was whether the insurance was going to pay or not. She barely check me everytime I ask her something she will walk away from the room and said "wait" I decided to go to sanitas because they offer all services in one place and I needed my pap smear done. She stated that she was not ready!. What? you need to be ready to for a pap smear is not brain surgery. She left I sent her assistant I beg you never make an appointment with this doctor

I highly recommend Dr Hurtado, Staff very professional, they treat patients with courtesy and respect. Dr Hurtado is very nice, She takes time to examine you and explain everything very well for you. At last but not least they offer you an honest price for the visit.

I highly doubt that this doctor should be called a doctor. She has no bedside manner and she tells you you only have so many minutes for this visit, she's rude and does not know how to treat her patients with compassion and care. I cant see how many other people leave positive comments, maybe they are related?
