Dr. Udo was amazing from hello. She listened attentively and thoroughly assessed my medical needs. She made me feel so comfortable during my visit to the westmed urgent care in ridgehill. Not to mention, as a black woman it felt so refreshing to be cared for by a black female physician, as there aren't many, at least not in my experience. She really spoke my language and heard my concerns and addressed them accordingly. I didn't feel 'brushed off', like I have numerous times before, unfortunately when being treated by Caucasian physicians. Dr. Udo was really a breath of fresh air, and I left wishing that she could be my PCP (wishful thinking).

Dr. Udo has a very good presence to her. Immediately upon entering she greeted with a smile and noticed the phone I was playing. This led into a comfortable introduction. The examination was professional, knowledgeable, and once again comfortable. Definitely a must to see at Urgent Care.

Today, I was seen by Dr. Idaresit Udo-she is so knowledgable, professional and a true gift!!! The care that I received surpassed my expectations! I am truly grateful for her expertise.

I was treated with such respect. The doctor took time to listen and explain everything to me. I felt reassured that my condition would be addressed and treated.

I can in upset and in pain from sever wounds and Dr. Udo took the time to clean my wounds and dressed them up and they are healing wonderfully. She is also so sweet and kind.She is a treasure and this company should really appreciate her.

I walked in feeling ill, with a cough and chills. Dr Udo was so great and thorough. I was worried about covid and she walked me through the possibilities and what to do. The covid test was negative. I followed her protocols and was back to normal in 3 days. It's so nice to feel well taken care of when you are sick.

It’s been a long time coming to write this review, but when my late wife was alive we had to see Dr Udo. We went for a CAT scan. Later, she had to give us terrible news but she did so with the utmost compassion and kindness. Thank you Dr Udo! Never change!
