She was rude, deprecating, and didn't prepare for my appointment and was verbally derogatory because I could not rattle off my multitudinous prescriptions I am on and dates of everything that was in my history and the dates they occurred. She wrote derogatory commts about me in the notes from the appoitment and made value judgments that were totally inaccurate

Try another clinic
Appears and presents herself as friendly at first, then says and writes untrue statements about you in after visit summaries and notes in your medical files and notes that could effect you in future reference of changing providers. This makes you feel like you are a liar and shouldn’t ask for help when you’re truly suffering from chronic pain?

Don't waste your time
This doctor treats you like a junkie looking for a fix on your very first visit. She doesn't like to give out pain meds and if she does it's only 15 pills that are supposed to last a month. Seriously a month for chronic pain. And if you seek another pain management doctor she will blacklist you from seeing any other pain doctor in the Aurora health care system. She will slander your name which is in your permanent medical record. She should go back to school and learn compassion because she shows none whatsoever.
