Currently recovering from a lumbar fusion. The entire office has been helpful from preparation through the post surgery experience. They are responsive and supportive.

Dr DeCastro did my neck surgery in 2020 and did a great job.

From the first time I stepped in Dr Decastro’s office I knew I had found the right doctor to help me. I was not disappointed. They immediately made me feel like I was part of their family by their caring & compassionate attitudes. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I had surgery in Nov and eight months later (June) I was released…. I honestly had tears in my eyes when I realized I’d no longer be coming back in for follow up visits. I’m certainly not one that loves to go to doctors offices…. but with this practice they never once made me dread coming in. To Dr Decastro, Logan, Tracey & Deanna ….ya’ll are THE BEST! Dr DeCastro is an amazing doctor! He done a Chiari malformation decompression surgery on me in March. He was so caring and his staff is also. Today I had a check up and was sick while I was there. One of the ladies called me about 2 hours after I left just to check on me and make sure I was feeling better. I highly recommend him and his staff!

When I first meet Dr.Decastro when i was admitted in too the hospital. He is a amazing Doctor he takes care of me making sure that my health is in excellent standard

Dr DeCastro is a very caring doctor and we trust his evaluations. My husband had back surgery at Ortho Ga and it was a disaster. Dr DeCastro is helping us to try to find a solution for the pain with a Stimulator. We hope it works. At least he tried and gave us hope. Will always use him in the future. Like him very much and his office staff is very nice and helpful.

Needed a refill on my pain medication right after surgery went to his office the nurse assistant came out and said he was not there would not be there until the week after what is a doctor assistant for if they cannot write pain medication when the doctor is not there.

The most caring, most professional, most expert, world-class neurosurgical treatment I have ever received was delivered by Dr. DeCastro at GNI. Nobody does it better. The follow-up care is as intense as the initial care. This is admirable and very reassuring.

Dr. DeCastro and his staff were excellent. The procedure he performed was a shunt placement. From start to finish I was provided great care. Even after my follow up Dr. DeCastro still shows what it means to truly be a good doctor. He was highly recommended by my neurologist and I can see why. As a first timer to surgery this was overall a great experience.

Oh i can help you...lets get you setup for cement procedure in spine..fracture L2...then here you are at ER Med Center and it's I can't do it ... I don't have time....pass you off to a team of other dr's not even in the same practice??? No thank you!! Chose to sign out and go home with nothing. No No and No

2 month Post-visit after SI joint fusion. Procedure results exceeded my expectations, highly recommend this procedure. Have been in pain for years. Sat through an entire baseball game without pain. Let’s Go Dr. Decastro!
